When you submit our contact form or book a call, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, business email, business type, and lead volume. We may also collect basic, anonymized analytics (pages visited, device type) to improve the site.
We use your information only to contact you about Novixel, set up your demo, and provide our service. We never sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
We use trusted service providers (e.g. scheduling, email, and automation tools) solely to deliver our service. They are bound to protect your data.
Novixel provides AI reception over chat and voice. To answer, qualify and book leads — and to secure and improve the service — interactions may be recorded, transcribed and stored. Several U.S. states, including California and Florida, require the consent of all parties to a call before it may be recorded. Where Novixel operates on your business phone line or channels, you are responsible for ensuring any legally required consent is obtained — for example, by providing a clear notice at the start of the interaction that it may be recorded. We do not sell your customers' conversation content or use it to train models for unrelated third parties.
Novixel is a general business communication tool. It is not offered as a HIPAA-compliant service by default, and we do not act as your HIPAA "business associate" unless we have signed a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with you. Please do not send, capture or store Protected Health Information (PHI) through Novixel unless a BAA is in place. If you are a dental practice, med spa or other healthcare provider that needs to handle PHI, contact us at hello@novixelai.com before going live so we can discuss what is and isn't supported.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@novixelai.com.
We keep your data only as long as needed to provide our service, and protect it with reasonable technical safeguards. Conversations are encrypted in transit.
